I have thirty years experience in tutoring and mentoring students both at an academic and management level. This includes both undergraduate and postgraduate assignment/ thesis/ project and writing. I have lectured in Management, Leadership and Continuous Improvement both in Europe and the Far East. I am particularly interested in providing structure and a paradigm to students that will prepare and stimulate the necessity for reaching the highest standards in both written and verbal communication. Students have commented that my approach to tutoring and mentoring provides them with core principles that a universal application. I have a passion to instill confidence and the highest standards in students so that they themselves become self-driven towards obtaining excellence. My tutoring methods rely on vivid analogies to ensure that students enjoy the process of learning while understanding and retaining the principles being communicated.

I have a passion for communication and helping people to set and achieve the highest goals. I am very involved in music and I play both the guitar and bouzouki. I thoroughly enjoy playing traditional Irish music as well as blues and jazz. I love reading, debating, history, management science and philosophy.
